Nurse starts the clinical record
Admission selects or creates the patient, allocates ward/available bed, current nurse and current doctor. A patient-type-specific initial assessment collects history, condition and external reports.
In many hospitals, a nurse observes at the bedside, writes on a pad, returns to the nursing station and enters the same information again. Doctors often document on bedside files, while the next caregiver has to reconstruct the clinical story. VEHA Clinical Intelligence brings the in-patient journey into one focused clinical workspace—from admission and initial assessment to SOAP, vitals, labs, medication administration, nursing care, surgery, handover and discharge.
VEHA is not another billing or hospital ERP. It deliberately avoids nurse roster management, head-nurse hierarchy, bed scheduling, IP billing, lab billing and pharmacy billing. It focuses on making doctors and nurses faster, more informed and more consistent every day.
Admission selects or creates the patient, allocates ward/available bed, current nurse and current doctor. A patient-type-specific initial assessment collects history, condition and external reports.
VEHA prepares a SOAP draft from available evidence. The doctor edits, validates and explicitly submits. No voice-only or AI-only final submission is allowed.
Doctor Plan creates lab, medication and nursing activities. Dues surface on dashboards and move with nurse/doctor handovers while preserving history.
Latest condition, vitals, trends, SOAP history, labs, medication administrations, nursing care, procedures, documents and discharge evidence stay in one context.
Final clinical entries are not casually edited or deleted. A subsequent clinical change is represented by a new appropriate note/event, preserving the audit trail.
Future mobile voice assistant will prepare the same forms through conversation. The clinician still visually reviews the prepared form and clicks Submit.
No self-registration. Users are provisioned by hospital administration.
